The Beginning - The Bad News

Today I received a hone call from my doctor while at work. My heart sank. I was told that my numbers are trending downward (bad) and that I really need to consider dialysis with the long game being a >gulp< kidney transplant.

Fear. Depression. Anger. I felt it all.

Kidneys cannot heal themselves so it is of matter of when over if at this point.
