It’s 3:50am…again

Is it late? Is ot early? It all depends on your perspective. One thing I do know is that I am miserable and in a lot of pain.

This is the third night this week I am not able to sleep. It's a matter of a few things including mind racing insomnia, neuropathy and some bone pain. The neuropathy pain ranges from the feeling of being on fire, being cut, knuckles digging in hard and deep into the arches of your feet and being smashed.

I. Am. Tired.

I try to sleep when I can and it is not ideal or convenient to anyone. I try to stay up so I can sleep the following night. Never works that way.

Our family needs a hard reset.

I need a hard reset.

Ashley needs a hard reset.

The kids especially need one.

I try to exercise to relieve stress. It causes pain. I do get some nerve relief with sexual stimulation. I've talked to my doctors and they determined with diabetics, your nerves can get mixed up and do things that no one really can explain. I have also had problems in the past with orgasm like sensations. No it's not fun. Imagine having short two to three second orgasms (no ejaculation for those who may be interested) every fifteen seconds for over an hour. It's not common however it's nerves and they can do really strange things.

As I type this I think about how fascinating and complex the human body really is. I just wish it would play nicer.

I am on medication for neuropathy but it is hit and miss. I am scheduling an appointment with my primary tomorrow. Kentucky now has a program for the use of medical marijuana if you suffer from certain health conditions. I meet the criteria. I am not a smoker and cannot do it. I believe I am going to inquire about cbd gummies. I want to go through the proper channels and not go to Trippy's Smoke Shop across town.

Ironically the time is now 4:20am.

This was a lot. Maybe too much info for some but I am a very open person.
